    • Identify enduring skill: "Make sense of problems and persevere in solving them."
    • Breakdown problem solving process and develop common language - what does it entail?
    • Create a rubric to assess mastery.
    • Develop an acronym and theme to inspire Generals.
    • Collaborate with Science department to ensure common language across content areas.
    • Assess and monitor student progress (Insert Astroname here).
  4. Pacing Plans Process
    • Identify our goal and purpose of effective pacing plans
    • Set expectation for use of pacing plans.
    • Re-evaluate ideas at next meeting. 
    • Reference Science department to determine what they have learned from this process.
