Here are a few assumptions I am working from:
1. Celebrate with your Team – Freedom Prep is a significant step for our PLCs to grow!
2. Own Your Work - As we move into the next three weeks you will naturally customize your PLC work around what you know matters most to your team progressing.
3. Use the MDC (See links below) - To better integrate into our school-wide collaboration system please use your team MDC to organize some of your conversations about growth and reflection from Freedom Prep.
4. Final Collaboration – I will meet with your team on Tuesday, March 16th for a final reflection discussion using the MDC to inform our foci for summer planning.
Here are some reflection questions to consider:
1. What can we LEARN from Freedom Prep about our team?
2. What are the implications of that LEARNING on our foci for next year?
3. What data is most important that we get our hands on now to strengthen team unity for next year?
4. If we had one instructional focus area for next year – what might it be?
